Equipment configuration
Refrigeration components: Install core components such as refrigeration compressors, condensers, and evaporators. The compressor is like a heart, driving the refrigerant circulation; the condenser cools the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas into liquid; the evaporator allows the refrigerant to absorb the heat of the water to cool the water. For example, a small water vending machine can use a compressor of 0.5-1 horsepower.
Water tank and water pump: The water tank is used to store the water to be cooled. Food-grade materials should be selected and well insulated, such as wrapping polyurethane foam. The water pump is responsible for transporting water. The appropriate power and head should be selected according to the capacity of the water tank and the water flow rate to ensure that the water can flow stably.
System design
Refrigeration cycle: The refrigerant is compressed in the compressor, dissipates heat in the condenser, enters the evaporator to absorb heat after throttling and reducing the pressure by the expansion valve, and then returns to the compressor cycle. The process can be optimized, such as using a heat recovery cycle to improve the refrigeration efficiency.
Temperature control: Install a temperature sensor to monitor the water temperature. The controller controls the start and stop of the compressor and the opening of the expansion valve according to the difference between the set temperature and the actual water temperature. For example, set the cold water temperature to 5 - 15℃. When the water temperature is higher than 15℃, the compressor starts cooling, and stops when it is lower than 5℃.
Daily maintenance
Cleaning and maintenance: Clean the water tank, evaporator, and condenser regularly to remove scale and dust to ensure heat exchange efficiency. Use special detergent to clean the water tank and evaporator, and use compressed air or water gun to clean the condenser.
Check the refrigerant: Check the refrigerant charge and leakage regularly, test the pressure with a pressure gauge, and repair and replenish the refrigerant in time if leakage is found.
